`Peyo` Inexplicably, now it's working! I tried both and it's showing a random result. So... It works! I don't know if you changed something or if there's some peculiarity in Brave/Linux but it seems to be absolutely fine now and delivering random results.

For underway it's.. 1996 1941 1993 1975 1999 1847 But it's actually an exact match for what strips most recently received a new panel and it's the same every time I refresh, and always has been. For me, Underway is just a list of what strips have gotten a new panel in order from most recently to oldest.

Okay for Completed it is: 1920 1988 1711 1295 1868 299 452 It's exactly the same as the ordering of completed strips on the site's front page.

Well okay let me see how to do this. The only oddity I would think of is I'm on Kubuntu Linux and use Brave browser. Let me check and I'll post the IDs

`Peyo` I just tried it and both repeatedly take me to the galleries of Completed and Underway strips in chronological order. That's interesting, I always assumed it was something you wanted to add and didn't put in yet.

`Peyo` Oh really? So it IS supposed to be random? When I click either of the dice buttons for completed or underway I just get them in chronological order. Let me test it to make sure, so I'm not having a silly moment, but I have actually used the dice underway button to take me to the oldest strips repeatedly. Let me test that out.

`Peyo` Also no insult to your work intended by pointing this out, the site's great (Honestly the features you have added are above and beyond any other site by a long shot. The animation aspect is incredible and the inclusion of moderation tools is amazing!) but it could definitely use a lot of quality of life improvements to make it more fun to get into if you want to grow the membership easily.

`Skullheart` Very much agreed, a lot of the aspects of the site are a bit buried and need to be easier to find for attracting new users. The thing is, those of us who are used to it won't have a problem but it can easily bounce new users off who want to quickly get into it but don't know how. Also, I don't think the dice buttons even do a random strip, for me they just take me to the galleries of Completed and Underway games in chronological order! A random strip button would be pretty good.

`Peyo` that makes it so that you can paint using different colors with the picker open, then when you close it you don't lose your color you're using! Really good!

`Peyo` Just in case I am not getting the idea across, what would be good would be if you open the color picker and change to a new color, then close it, that new color should be retained in that slot. So that the act of changing a color for a slot in the palette is just like this: 1. Open color picker 2. Pick new color with color picker rectangle 3. Close color picker. Currently the process is: 1. Open color picker 2. Pick a new color with the color picker rectangle. 3. Press the thumbs up button to register the new color for the slot. 4. Close color picker. The step of having to press the thumbs up is the issue as missing that step just undoes your color choice entirely.

`Peyo` I tested and it seems to be the same! Also like I said don't worry about these matters on my account as they're not critical, they're more just user interface experiences. I can get around this one by uploading but it does make it offputting to use the site tools. Actually I wonder if I may have been unclear too, what I was wanting was just for when you close the palette for it to keep whatever custom color you have selected whether or not you press the thumbs up. So for example if I open it, select a black palette spot, and change it to orange, then close the palette, it keeps that choice. Right now, I have to actively select the thumbs up button to keep it, or else it gets reverted on close.

`OneWithTheShadows` It's good to see you doing this, and by the way you can edit your title and everything else about a strip! (There's even mod tools in case someone ever vandalizes your strip or makes trouble.) Just press the EDIT button at the top of the strip to change anything you wish!

`Peyo` Right but who is it for? Like in other words from the user end, who benefits? If someone doesn't want to see NSFW why would they want to see just a repeated sign that says NSFW, and if they do want to see NSFW why would they want to see a sign instead? It's not doing anything for anyone. Like unless there's someone who is like "I do not want to see NSFW but I want to see notification that it exists." That's why I think it would be better to just let people like me see it without the notice, and let people who don't want to see it have it not show up in their feed at all. But like I say it's not a huge deal it's more of a "Wait, why is that even there? Who is it helping?" thing.

`Peyo` I'm more just putting this out here as an idea, I am not asking you to do this so much. But it's worth thinking about. The current problem with NSFW is that when something happens like me just starring all the panels of an NSFW game this causes the star feed to be just a straight spread of NSFW warning panels. It's a bit odd! If someone doesn't want to see NSFW material, seeing a bunch of warnings saying "This panel is NSFW so is censored" doesn't make much sense. And for me, when I see an NSFW panel I have no idea what strip its from until I click on it, so it adds a strange barrier. So who is the NSFW panel warning on the feed for, exactly? I think the best way to handle it to clean up the feed would be to give users an option they could set on their account which lets them choose from 3 settings: 1. Don't see NSFW panels in feed. (nothing shows up, possibly a good default) 2. See NSFW panels uncensored in feed (they show up like any other panel) 3. Show censored NSFW panels in feed. (works as it does now) That would clean things up quite a bit and make things much more slick!
