I wonder if the link still works (discord decided that now only paying customers can have forever links)

welcome `kei` !

I went through the other links with the same method and seems they all work properly and secure 🤔
but then again I was under the same delusion until you found this one 😔
anyway feel free to keep hacking away and try to break things - it's much better if you guys figure out if something amiss before someone with bad intentions does 🤔

as a reminder you can add `x` after the `strip` in the url to stop title html shenanigans

- additional security fixes for editing strips
###### revision 1367
#### a special thanks goes to `CocoSplat` for finding these

damn.. I knew web technology was not secure but this is ridiculous 😔
Edit: and of course it was my fault in the end: I double checked if you were logged in and logged in with the correct account - only I didn't check if you were truly the owner of the strip .. oh well now it's checked 2x
2023-08-18 11:27:59
one way I can fix this is to cancel any passes after you change the image count 🤔
2023-08-18 11:26:40
tbh i'm not sure if this this one needs fixing: after all you can also do it by changing the number of images to make it look completed and then adding the sequel 🤔
2023-08-18 11:21:54
also for now I added an extra check in the code (see if you can still hack away)
but I'm just guessing 😔

oh dear .. just post it to: bobos89136(at)gmail.com

just adding a clickable version of your link:
[https://discord.gg/2ksbSSAF ](https://discord.gg/2ksbSSAF )
also sorry for the lack of activity of the site
I yet to figure out how to spread the word about it 😔

i'm afraid pen sensitivity is also a hit-or-miss - another gamble based on the OS and browser
for now I didn't touch the setting because for some people it works perfectly
and on my rig the touch sensitivity doesn't work at all so for now there is only a setting to disable it altogether
this is definitely the fault of people who did the browser - for now I'm not sure what else to do about it 😔

I just remembered: that could be also because of the phone we ran into this early on when Wizard's tablet was not smoothing out the curves: [https://pchutney.com/strip/68](https://pchutney.com/strip/68)
so long story short
the regular brush uses the default javascript line curve:
(and this is sometimes cheapened out on phones - they break it down to several straight lines to save some performance and there is no control over it)

and the bristle uses a slower method one that works on all phones but if you draw fast there are holes:

you could compare the two to see if the smoothing is correct on your phone 🤔
2023-08-07 18:16:30
that is strange - maybe it's related to the stylus? 🤔
anyway i'll look into that one
also it could be the default browser - for some reason on android there is usually a factory default browser with a very outdated chromium (that is part of the OS so you have a browser even if you haven't installed any) 🤔
anyway please check if you can if it happens with the latest chrome on android (aka if it happens with every browser on your phone)
strangely enough we supposed to already have line smoothing - i'm not sure how to make it even smoother 🤔
Edit: nevermind - I only just noticed your edit

`CocoSplat` yes it's a bug alright
it's a somewhat easy fix: I just need to figure out what css setting to change
can you tell me a little more? e.g. what phone you use (ios, android?) and which browser you use on it? (firefox, chrome, safari?) and I assume it only does it zoomed in and only for the canvas?
Edit: so far I tried on my android with the latest chrome - seems to work fine (with some new graphical glitches - but that is probably due to my phones gpu)

ok I'm now onboard too.. go for it `Painovoima` ! 👍
nothing bad can come out of this 😅

that is a good idea - only thing is that the archive is 6GB and we only got 3GB of space here (it's possible to get more but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to increase hosting costs all of a sudden) 🤔
(for now let's make sure that many people have an offline copy just in case 🤔 )

`🔳` thank you for finding these! (added fixes)
(also sorry for the lack of updates lately everyone)
