I just updated the tools .. now they look horrid both in browser and on site too! but now the touch at least seem to work (no longer dots)

update: some easy to fix stuff is fixed added new comment box (still need get it to behave on phones) min 1 panel max 999 0 panels no longer show up on the completed strips page

so far looks good on phone portrait mode (at least on my phone) (all hell breaks loose on non-portrait.. but scrolling seem to work) (still need to test on tablet .. which involves finding a tablet) (and it looks weird on browser now .. Plan B is I should detect if someone is using phone/tablet/phablet somehow and switch to a different paint tool)
