Definitely agree with these ones and the tomato theme.. what else could there be... Peyday, yacht neetus, weekend ketch-ups, ketch-up together, let's ketch-up, ketch-up with me, ketch-up sometime... Pey'd to ketch-up... haha... I think PanelChutney is starting to stick too much to change! especially now with the logo

what plans are there for the domain name? will it be .hu? i was thinking potentionally working the tld into the name of the site like a silly example would be comicwus.hu (comic wushu) or maybe like saturation.hu (saturation and hue)

@Painovoima I'm definitely partial to Panel Pals, but I do admire the boldness of "Panel or Perish". Why stop at ripping off PanelJam when you can rip off Doodle or Die as well lol I feel like no matter what name Peyocay decides to settle on, it can't be any worse than Strip Together

right now it's .hu because the hosting is in hungary (like yours truly) and all the free subdomains were .hu .com is possible (along with many others) the only thing against it it's that it costs 2x more (like 11 usd .. a year! .. you think I'm made of 💵?!) also the domain is only really needed because that is the only way to get https (and ddos protection but all that fancy stuff)

my previous ideas were also: PanelScum™️ (and it was going to be pirate themed.. because of SCUMM™️ .. but i'm not sure how many get the reference) and then was also PanelScram™️ but it sounded too much like scam

what is kind of for chutney is that the most popular variant is made of mango (and it's sort of a double reference to PJ this way)

(but on the logo right now is a welsh apple chutney)

one thing i would say in terms of deciding on a name and by extension, branding, would be not to aim to make it be a reference to paneljam or whatever other drawing site the site should be allowed to have its own identity rather than being forced to live in the shadow of a soon to be corpse. its fine to have tributes, but the site should be given a chance to have its own image. .hu is fine for the tld, just wanted to make sure you didnt have any other plans for it! it makes it stand out a bit more among all the .coms, honestly.

As much of a huge fan of panel or perish I am, carrot is right. We should probably brand to make this our own little thing, especially when panel jam is long gone and we get a bunch of questions from new users about what the hell panel jam is.

Raz: we could just show them the archives I guess.. 😉 Carrot: kind of already has it's own identity so no worries there but I feel it also cannot deny its roots (it is meant to be a sort of cheap clone of PJ after all)

I’ll be happy to call it anything, just excited it even exists at this point 😁 @ 🔳, ha ha, thank you my friend, I just could not figure out a way to toss Drawception in the mix as well, aside from the rather boring; Jamception or Panelception.
