`GEO!!` Additionally, here are some wiki links you might find useful [How to set the backdrop for your Strip?](https://pchutney.com/wiki/doku.php?id=help:pagebg)
[How to use a static backdrop for an animation?](https://pchutney.com/wiki/doku.php?id=help:animbg)

`GEO!!` It's listed at the top of the page, as well as being part of the url ("pchutney.com/strip/X" - X is the strip ID)

`GEO!!` You can use any existing panel as a profile background. You could upload the image you want here as a panel, then go to your settings and choose the ID of the strip you want (in this case 76) and then the number of the panel ["image index"] (there are currently 47 panels, so the next one would be 48).

`GEO!!` You can set your profile background under "settings" on your profile ("set backdrop")

`GEO!!` You can upload pictures in the "FX" tab

You can upload images in the "FX" tab. This only works on strips that have uploads enabled.
You can allow uploads on your strips in edit mode, under "extra"

`firtst_one00001` You get permabanned if you don't post at least one drawing a week. I'm sorry, that's the official unspoken, unwritten rule.
But honestly, just draw whenever you feel like it and try to have fun. That's what the site's for.
The only "responsibilities" I can think of are fairly obvious stuff like "don't disrespect other users". But that's about it, really. It would be silly for a place like this to have any sort of strict guidelines.

Yeah, the lack of activity is the only issue i have with pchutney. The site was never particularly fast (it's normal for strips to take weeks, if not months to complete; some unfinished comics are well over a year old at this point), but it seems to have slowed down even more recently. [Which is understandable, i'm not blaming people for having real life responsibilities and arguably better things to do than wasting their time here lol]
There's been a slow and steady influx of new users, but it seems like it just isn't enough to offset the number of old users who either left this site completely or are barely active these days. Panelchutney relies exclusively on word of mouth for advertising, so it's somewhat difficult to attract new blood. We can only hope that the people who are fed up with the current state of Drawception/Doodle or Die/etc. will somehow discover this place and stay here, at least for a while.
I like pchutney a lot and I really want it to succeed. If there is anything the Internet lacks these days, it's fun, niche websites like this one. The site is still relatively young, and the owner hasn't COMPLETELY abandoned us yet, so I do believe there is still potential for growth here (nothing too crazy, i feel like just a couple more drawings per day on average would go a long way and liven this place up). Especially if you consider that a lot of similar websites are either dead or have been on life support for years. There really aren't that many alternatives left, at least from what I've seen.
