It's quite simple:
go to [https://pchutney.com/wiki/doku.php?id=lore_items](https://pchutney.com/wiki/doku.php?id=lore_items)
on the right side click on 'Edit this page' (the top icon that looks like a pencil)
under M add a line like this:
[[Lore:Items:item_minepaper|Minepaper]]

then after saving just click on the new link:
