it happens when you put two fingers on the screen and drag it, don't know if it's intentional but it looks like frequency waves :O

actually, you could do this in your computer too! i use this to do the zig-zag line or glitch/speed line effext

it's just a byproduct of how javascript mouse/touch/pointer handling works (I couldn't fix it even if I wanted to)
